Participation was the Right Decision

We chose to provide Aflac benefits for our team because a better work environment
and retention of our employees is always a focus of our business. The provision of
these products was far less than what most employers face when contemplating
offering major medical or similar plans. Our agent, Darrell, does a great job
explaining what Aflac provides in savings both to our company and our people while
his partner Sarah provides the support in claims and filing our people need.

As both siblings and business partners we easily agreed on the decision to
participate in funding our employees’ policies. At the very least we would urge
business owners to make the Aflac offer available to your team, then consider if
funding a portion of their policies is affordable to your business. We believe making
Aflac or similar benefits available to your employees is a smart decision for literally
every business.
